Now that we've started our day, let's go over some tips and tricks for meditation. So many students have common questions — and although this was filmed LIVE, the questions and answers are still relevant to all of us!
Safety Tips and Warrior Breathing
In this module, we go through safety tips and then we amp it up and we learn Warrior Breath!
Setting the stage for sequencing + diving into kriya
We go over what makes a lesson plan for a kids yoga class as you prepare to teach and record a video of you teaching a 20-minute kids yoga class as your final project for the end of this course! Mollie also goes through Kriya, what it means, and why we learn them as adults — and how to teach them to kids!

- Continue your daily 10-minute meditation practice prior to coming back to this work
- Video yourself teaching Warrior Breath to someone in your life (ideally a kid!) and play with your own interpretation of it — such as, how would you creatively describe this motion in terms that kids understand? Post this video to the Facebook group.
- Start thinking about your lesson plan for your final 20-minute kids yoga class that you'll put together at the end of this course!
