- Continue your daily 10-minute meditation practice prior to coming back to this work — if you have questions, don't hesitate to post them to the Facebook group!
- Video yourself teaching one pranayama and one kriya to someone in your life (ideally a kid!), and post to the Facebook group for feedback!
- Continue sequencing your lesson plan for your final 20-minute kids yoga class that you'll put together at the end of this course — incorporating pieces of what we've learned today! Pick a theme :-)
