Step 1:
We're so happy you're here. You can work through this training at your own pace, on any time frame. We have organized it into four days of modules, in the same way we run our LIVE kids yoga teacher trainings. First step is to download your manual via the button above, and then begin Day 1 when you're ready!
Step 2:
Step 2 is joining our closed Facebook community! This is where you'll submit your video homework, you can get questions answered, and join in with others who have taken this training — it is like a long-term "hive mind" where we can share tips, tricks and be in community with one another! If you do not have Facebook, you can do what most do — create a Facebook only solely for this training so you can submit videos and participate in discussion. If this doesn't work for you, please reach out to us directly and we'll work with you! Facebook isn't a requirement — just a bonus, if you're willing!
Step 3:
Finally, it's time to start the modules! We've mapped this out in four days — ideally a Thursday-Sunday. You can choose to complete this work however you'd like. We recommend putting it on the calendar and blocking out the time so you can really stick to it. After each day, there's homework to be done, so keep that in mind as well!
Join Mollie for day 1 of training! We kick off with a yoga journey, followed by discussing what is yoga, why it's good for kids, and we dive into the benefits of mindfulness and meditation.

In day 2, we start with yoga class (just like we do every day!) followed by a discussion of meditation tips, we learn Warrior Breath, safety tips with kids and more!

Yay for day 3! This is all about diving into the meat of the yoga... including a class to dive into your own intuition, learning kriyas and pranayamas, the business of yoga and more!

Our final day together — it's time to complete learning everything in the manual and pull together your final sequence for your 20-minute class!
